Shipping Ammo

Question is am I legal if I ship six bricks of rimfire ammo to another private party?
I want to post the rifle and ammo for sale as a package but don't want to run afoul of authorities.
I'm already pretty sure I can't ship it thru USPS but maybe UPS or Fedex?

UPS or Fedex ground. You need to have an ORM-D "Cartridges, Small Arms" sticker on it as well. You may have to arrange a pickup, UPS stores vary with whether or not they will take it.

DONT ship them together .... whatever you do, ship them separately.

I bought some from another individual and it came "orm-d" UPS ground. I ordered some from an ammo web site and it came USPS(?).

Have you already sold the ammo? If not and it's some match stuff my 40X likes I can probably save you the trouble of shipping some of it

Go here and print this off and then cut them out and tape them on the box. Simple.

I didn't realize you needed a sticker. I wrote it on each side of the box and drew a rectangle around it in Sharpie and UPS took it (Hub, not UPS Store).

You don't need a sticker. It just needs to say ORM-D with a black rectangle around it. Adding 'Cartridges, small arms' is optional but helps them know it is nothing more dangerous.
