1 WEEK LEFT: This Target Haunts Me Contest
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
Massachusetts has a law that if you die while waiting for your appeal your case gets vacated.
When Aaron died his conviction was dismissed.
That opens up a ton of legal shit.
It probably prevents his victims families to some extent from collecting on his estate. Now that he is guilty there cases will move forward.
For R. Kraft it's better than a cheap hand job as Aaron's estate lawyers have little standing to say the Pats owe the remainder of his contract. He was now fired for solid cause - found guilty of murder.
You would think this would be common sense but alas........it's Massachusetts and we need the SJCMA to think for us.
