How the fuck you going to say that? You have NO idea what the guy did or didnt do. In my experiences, there is NO common sense applied. If mom wants them, she is awarded placement....and that is it, and it is all. Fight all you want, the courts will deny you until you are bankrupt. Besides, you assume he knew she would hurt them. And in my experience, while your ex may be a crazy mofo, believing that they could hurt their own children is pretty hard to believe.

And let me be really clear here....i have first hand experience with this exact scenario. Three priceless little children killed by their own parent. And i had a front row seat to the entire shitshow. While you may know they are estranged and angry, you still have a hard time believing they’d hurt their own babies.

It’s really easy to sit back and monday morning quarterback things after events unfold.

This isnt something that was a spur of the moment thing, there would have been signs something was wrong. Sorry but not buying what the article is putting forward.

Fathers getting screwed by the justice system is nothing new, but there are ways to prove the mother to be a threat and the children shouldn't be with her. If all else has been exhausted then this tragic event lays at the feet of the judicial system.

Again this woman didn't happen to one day think...hey let me murder my children and then kill myself. That doesn't happen over night. There were signs and people either failed to notice them, or flat out ignored them.

I can't even begin to express how absolutely sad I am for the kids. And quite honestly, this is what anti gun people are like--they don't want you to protect your kids from evil. They know this kind of evil exists and they want you helpless to it. I just someone would have protected those three, had them somewhere else--anything. That poor father is experiencing every form of grief, anger, and sadness he could possibly feel all at once. I hope someone is caring for him.
