Just a quick THANK YOU. You guys definitely exceeded my expectations with my issue and did it pretty danged fast too.
Ok, background. About 4-5 years ago(?) I purchased a HDMR TRMORII. Its been on several gas guns, been pretty beat to hell over time. Well, I just put it on the .260 gasser at the beginning of the year and started trying various factory loads and dialing in the adjustable gas system. I noticed that my reticle canted a bit. I kept it on their for several months and just used the hold overs on it like I always have. But when I got some Prime ammo, I wanted to do some dialing. Well, it complicates everything with that canted reticle, especially shooting deep into mid-range. It bothered me more everytime I thought about it. So I sent it in to see if they could correct the reticle. Well, they couldn't. So they opted to send me a new scope. But it wouldn't have the TRMR any more. I was bummed about loosing the very reason I purchased it in the first place, the TRMR. I was making plans to list the new scope if it didn't work for me. Well the box showed up today. Just took it out to make sure everything works and its not canted. Well, its a GenII H59. So they took my beat to hell scope, and traded it up. And the best part is the glass. The CA that is normally present on the old genI, just isn't there. And the glass compares to my Razor HD side by side looking out to 700 yards in the sun. Id say glass wise color pops ALOT more, and is much more clear than the old. So kudos to them for changing the coatings up or whatever they did. The turret clicks are not soft/mushy like the genI, but a lot more crisp, and on this one I have 31 Mils total travel. I like the lower profile of the turrets too. Nope, I don't think I'm going to list this one based on the glass alone. I will say I did not expect that they would swap it for the gen2, and while I was on the fence about losing the TRMR, they were correct in telling me to wait till I had it in my hands before making any decision. They did fantastic. Thank you Bushnell!!
