She is a 1/2 moa rifle in m hands. I shot a five shot group yesterday at 360 yards and it measured 1.49 inches. I use the 190 grn. CC over 60.0 grns. of RL22. they clock at 2850 at 65 degrees with no signs of pressure.

Here is my Mauser 98 sporter circa 1951. Golden State Arms Santa Fe Deluxe. This summer I breathed new life into her with a new Boyd's laminate stock in Nutmeg, a Boyd's optima trigger (which is utterly amazing for $38), and a Minox ZA3 3-9x50 in Burris rings. She shoots a respectable 1.75 to 1.25 moa with most loads and Hornady 180 SSTs around an inch. Its a pleasure to shoot. It's not state of the art, but has had an interesting life! Loves me some 30-06.

I wanted the rifle so I accepted the caliber.
.30-06 have never been a favourite.
My Remington 700 built by Hill Country Rifles. It currently wears a Zeiss Diavari-V 1.5-6x42...but I have a new USO MR-10 that will be put on after deer season. It will also be re-barreled at the end of season (got over 2k through her).
Marlin XL7L 30-06 duracoated gray wolf and tactical black. Criterion 24" LV barrel. Shoots 208 amax @ 2700 fps sub-moa or better (500 yards) so far.

My Marlin XL7L 30-06 with criterion 24" light Varmint barrel. Duracoated Gray wolf and tactical flat black.Weighs 10.2lbs as pictured. Current load is 208 amax around 2700 fps.
