Hi gents/ladies,

New to the hide so this is my first post, hope this hasent been discussed before and I’m wasting my time 😂

Basically I’ve been having some parallax issues, I can dial out my vertical parallax with ease, and I was always under the assumption that was all I needed to do but after hearing frank and mark talk about side to side parallax been a thing on one of the podcasts I decided to try it out.

After a trip out with my rifle I dialled my parallax out (vertical) but when moving my head side to side my reticle would move by a fair amount, enough to miss a pigeon sized target at 400 yards. I settle behind the rifle break a good clean shot and sure enough I miss just to the right, there was little to no wind 1-3mph coming from my 11 -12 o’clock so wind I don’t think would of been the issue.

The guns pretty good (6.5 creed), groups at 100 anything from 0.2 inch to 0.4 inch consistently. hand loaded ammunition with 2741 FPS M/V and 7 fps SD 12fps ES. Grouping Shots takes place prone. The shot explained was supported standing but basically prone as I was shooting over a large hay bail with a bipod and rear support bag.

Hope somebody could help explain this to me so I can improve!
