I'm looking at more than likely putting some money down to reserve one. I generally would be looking at something a bit different, but the LE / 1st Res. discount is too appealing to me. Does anyone running around here run one of their standard versions, or have any experience with the PM? I've been told there are a few out there, but they're not shipping any right now. The ETA is 3-10 Mo. which kind of sucks, but like I said price point is driving the consideration. Thanks for the help, I've read about as much as I can find on the web about them. Now looking for first hand experience, with this particular platform, or any Sig variant.

Sig 716 PM is a dream according to the Sig rep I talked to (anonymous).
If you look at the price difference there is not much value there IMHO. Buy the standard version. I am going to.
