Using ABQuantum could allow you to focus less on the solver internal to the device.
Part of the equation boils down to how fast you need your solution.
Kestrels for atmospherics are beneficial so you could get a non AB/bluetooth version of one for around 100 bucks or even don’t use a kestrels branded one and save more.
My stance is that a wind meter is better used as a tool to validate and aid your ability to read wind. It takes the reading within a few feet of the barrel, which is where it really matters the least, the stuff between your barrel and target are what make the difference so really you don’t need a wind function to be a competent shooter, it is just beneficial for learning how to read wind.
So to answer your question without knowing:
A) how fast you need a firing solution
B) how far you want a solution
C) how much you want to pay
If it’s binos then I would say look at the sig kilo6k or vortex fury 5000 AB both used will be a decent deal.
If it’s a monocular I have used a 5k extensively and it’s a solid performer.
