So I have a Bergara 6.5 Cr with a Sig Sierra3BDX 4.5-14x44mm and I am having an issue with my LevelPlex saying that my rifle is not level. Anyone have any experience with the BDX system?

Forgot to mention that when the system shows I’m level my rifle and reticle are noticeably canted clockwise.
Is there a calibration to run?

I haven't played with one much past noticing the reticle was way too thick for my liking.

I did finally get a hold of CS and they sent me an RMA to ship it back to them to run a calibration but I am about 90% sure it’s something to do with me. However, I took it to a couple local “big box” type outdoor stores and they even removed and reinstalled my scope to no avail. I am kinda new to the long range scope world (especially BDX Systems) and I have a few other things I’m going to try before I send off my scope for 3-6 weeks.
