Are there any differences in the tango 6 4-24x50 and the tango 6 5-30x56 besides the objective size and mag range?

Have a chance at a good deal but the 5-30 doesn't have the dev l reticle and the 4-24 does. I would rather have the 5-30 but I think I would rather have the dev l reticle more.

Other than those two things, I'm unaware of any differences between the two optics that you posted. I have both of them, both with the DEV-L reticle, and am really pleased with them.

Those are always the trade-offs. I would say, pick the reticle you like, because you will spend a fair amount of time staring at it.

Optically, the 5-30x56 I have seen was a little better than the 4-24x50, but both are quite good.

I do agree that the DevL reticle is worth it. It is easily one of my favourite tree reticle on the market right now.
