Just like what Ravenyzf-r6 said. The spent casing is bouncing around inside the upper receiver because the bcg is moving faster than ejecting.
Adjustable gas blocks help, heavier buffer or a quality buffer spring for suppressor use is the route you need to go to slow it down.
A lot depends on your current set up also. Gas length, factory block, type of buffer you are using (rifle or carbine). Just a start for you to consider.
