If you truly don't want to * Chase the Dragon * send it to a test center and buy a case. send it off again when you have 2-3 bricks left. Keep repeating.
Be sure and build a proper temp table in your kestrel as well.
As far as speed I have 4 different barrels that are 25" long. The same SK Long Range ( Random case purchase ) ES of 12-15 & SD of 5-7. Speeds were 1095-1125. 15T Brux, 16T Brux, 16T Muller & 16T Kreiger. All were shot for 30-40 rounds for data. all grouped under 1/2" at 50y outside to outside. Barrels are by 3 different smiths ( MCR, RP & Gross ) with 4 different chamber profiles and cutting styles.
When I had 1 Build lot test center is what I did. Now I buy a case and shoot the barrel that likes it best. That is the setup I shoot for that case. Rinse & Repeat. I realize I am way out of the normal here and am lucky to be able to do that.
