Sorry late to reply to these. Yes, we require signature because of the laws around ammo age purchase restrictions (21+ for pistol ammo, 18 for rifle). Sometimes my employees may make a mistake (in the case above for example). When that happens (which we hope it doesn't) we are happy to refund the charge.
