Slavery in 2019- The Homeless dependency industry

Homeless/poor people are homeless/poor for a fucking reason. Giving them things isn't going to change anything outside of something temporary, if that.

I'm sick of all these excuses and taxes constantly being made to 'help the poor', well, I'm sick of the fucking poor. There needs to be dire fucking consequences to being a loser at life; none of which includes free shit from me or anyone else unless we feel like being directly charitable on our own time.

Other than that, fuck them. Sick of it - its never going to improve and all our fantastic government at any level has managed to do is to herd them all in the downtown area of every large city for the rest of us to fucking deal with on a daily basis. If we haven't learned from Africa that money can't fix everything, I don't know of a better lesson.

Go be poor on poor island.

I read, undocumented, that if you know the right people you can get a 90 K per year job in San Francisco...picking up human feces.

What a job title.

Personally, as much as possible, I avoid cities.

“I am for doing good to the poor, but I differ in opinion of the means. I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. In my youth I travelled much, and I observed in different countries, that the more public provisions were made for the poor, the less they provided for themselves, and of course became poorer. And, on the contrary, the less was done for them, the more they did for themselves, and became richer.”
― Benjamin Franklin, 1766
