We have a group of guys that do the Cross Fit style workouts at work. I occasionally jump in and workout with them and look at the websites they get workouts from. While browsing some of them I found some interesting equipment so I copied them and have created my own. One being a 3 tier pullup bar where you can explode up to the next bar after a set. I guess I don't have a picture of it here, but it hangs from the metal frame of the roof at work. The flat sleds will have lift straps from Northern with the closed loops for dragging and/or a section of rope for seated pulls. I did see a version of the push/pull sled here on a video. The vertical handles on the backside have not been purchased yet, but will be 1.5" 0.125 wall DOM.

Don't have access to those kinds of toys, but we used to push and pull each other around in full size trucks. One would push, the other would steer. Good stuff. Nice to do something out of the norm of typical weight lifting.
