You northern boys should try 'em fried!! I'll never smoke another one. Don't get me wrong...smoking them is great and wonderful, and tastes good, but its something about frying them that makes a little different taste, a crispy outside, a moist inside, and you get to play with fire! Just watch Youtube before you try it, so you know what not to do!!!

Like turkey just can't have it in the house as the wife is allergic to eating them.

I'm a northern boy and I love my turkeys deep fried, absolutely amazing. I like them smoked too though. Turkeys just great no matter how you cook it, as long as you got some stuffing and tators to go with it.

E3, I agree. Don'g call me a communist or anything, but my wife cooked a turkey in one of the Walmart turkey baker things last Thanksgiving, and it was pretty good too...not fried good, but good nonetheless.
