Today:

1 large beet
1 large handful of spinach
6 brussel sprouts
1 large orange
1 banana
1" of fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon of dried cloves
1 tbl spoon of powdered cinnamon
@ 40 oz water

blend until one even consistency


ETA other things I like / use:

asparagus
khale
green beans
broccoli
frozen berries
honey
lemons and limes

8 scoops protein powder, unflavored
2 lbs raw beef
1 quart blood from same cow beef came from

1. Combine ingredients in 5 gallon bucket
2. Stir with your fist until knuckles are raw.
