Night Vision Snipers Hide Cup Night Stage Video

This was a great event giving over 70 shooters (and for most,) their first chance to put rounds on target at NIGHT with a high quality precision rifle! Thanks Frank for letting us use your own personal boom sticks!

Targets were tough, being only 6 inch plates from 200 to 600. More than one competitor cleaned the course of fire and the winner did it in a blazing 13 seconds netting himself the prize PVS 14! Next year is going to be even better! I am pushing for two plate racks and man on man shooting at long range to make it REALLY A BLAST!!!

You guys are sweet! Anyways back to night vision!

Two more video's. First clip is 18.3 Seconds and 2 hits. I do not edit videos so it is as real as it gets!

Second video! Darrin and his Unimog. Driving with dual PVS-14's and filmed through a PVS-14 and iPhone Adapter. The video is long because once again, I do not edit vidoes.

FYI,

The rifles were two Accuracy Internationals, an AE with Bartlein Barrel in 308 and the AX also with a Bartlein Barrel in 308.

I used two Kahles K624is one on a Spuhr mount the other on a GDI Mount, and we were using Cor Bon 175gr SMK ammo...

The targets were actually 287 yards, 425 yards and 610 yards where the rifles were zeroed for the 425 yard target and the shooter used the reticle to hold over or under.

The Clip On's were CNVD-LR models, and the scopes were between 14x and 12x some people move them to adjust... as noted above the targets were small and the sage around them made it pretty hard to see as the targets were not painted in any way. they were just there.

Thanks for everyone that helped put this on. I felt pretty good about being the first one to clean it, but knew that I left some time on the table making sure I got the 600yd target. Congrats to the winner, it wasn't easy shooting with an unfamiliar platform like that!
