Those were galvanizing events. Lots of folks like me aren't forgetting how these events are playing out. Folks my age are now wide awake, and know that each tick of the ratchet gets more dangerous.
There wasn't a line drawn. Everyone knew it was a sundown law. It was wait and see. As soon as the law died, the market exploded.
