Many of these 3 letter agencies spent plenty of resources to ensure the rift in US society is a large as it is now.

https://theduran.com/cia-fabricated-russiagate-evidence-says-former-nsa-tech-chief/

An important public statement was made on July 27th by Bill Binney, the U.S. Government’s top expert on the internet, and on computer hacking. He had been the Technical Director of the NSA when he quit and became a whistleblower against that Agency while George W. Bush was the U.S. President and invaded Iraq on the basis of faked evidence.

Binney has now laid out, in this speech, the evidence that he wants to present in court against Barack Obama’s CIA, that it defrauded Americans to believe in “Russiagate” (the allegation that Russia ‘hacked’ the computers of Hillary Clinton and Democratic Party officials and fed that information to Wikileaks and other organizations). Binney cites evidence, which, if true, conclusively proves that Russiagate was actually created fraudulently by the CIA’s extensive evidence-tampering, which subsequently became covered-up by the Special Counsel Robert Mueller, in his investigations for the Democratic Party’s first (and failed) try at impeaching and removing from office U.S. President Donald J. Trump.

Basically the problem is that I can’t seem to get the forensic evidence into a court or up into the mainstream of evidence for defeating-refuting Russiagate. The point is that in the Veterans Intelligence Professionals for Sanity we have a bunch of technical people including Kirk Wiebe and I and some others and some affiliates that were in the UK who also joined the analysis process, and we were looking at the files posted by Wikileaks, because the allegation from the beginning is that Russia hacked the DNC and gave the emails to Wikileaks to publish. So, we looked at those emails, to see if there was something there that might give us some idea of how Wikileaks got that data. Well, in all the 35,813 emails that they posted in three batches, one [batch was] downloaded according to last modified times on the 23rd of May, and another on the 25th of May, and one [other] on the 26th of August, of 2016. Now, all those files, all 35,813, had a last modified time that was rounded off [rounded up] to an even [the next-higher] second, so they all ended up in even [meaning complete or full, not fractional] seconds. Now, if you know anything about data processing and data storage and things of that nature, there is a program that was quite common in the past [including 2016] using what’s called fat file formatting file allocation, table formatting, which is a process that when doing a batch process of data and transferring it to a storage device like a thumb drive or a CD-ROM, it rounds off the last modified time to the nearest even [next-higher] second, so that’s exactly the property we found in all that data posted by Wikileaks. Now, that said very simply this data was downloaded to a storage device a CD-ROM or a thumb drive and physically transported before Wikileaks could post it, so that meant it was not a hack [since there’s no rounding off to the next-higher second, as it would be if it’s a file that’s been carried over the internet], no matter how you look at it. We’re looking at the forensic evidence that says the DNC emails were not hacked, they were downloaded and physically transported to Wikileaks.

And, then, we had the other issue, [which was] with Guccifer 2. Now, Guccifer 2 came out shortly after, you know, Julian Assange announced that he had emails on Hillary Clinton, and so on, and the DNC. Well, we looked at all the material that Guccifer 2 posted and [he] was saying here are the hacks that I did on the DNC. He claimed he did one on the fifth of July, and one on the first of September, of 2016. Well, when you start looking at that — and we looked at the files — he posted a series of files, with file names, the numbers of characters in the file, and a timestamp at the end of the file. Then, the next file number of characters and timestamp, and so on, for I don’t know how many thousands of files. So, we looked at all those files, and we ran a program to calculate the transfer rate of all that data, because all you have to do is look at between the two time stamps, the file name and the number of characters in the file, and take the difference between the times [start-time versus end-time], and that’s the transfer rate for that number of characters, so we found that the variations ran from something like 19 to 49.1 megabytes per second. Now, that means for 19 to 49 million characters per second, and [yet] the world wide web would not support that rate of transfer, not for anybody who’s just, you know, a hacker coming in across the net, trying to do it. They won’t support that kind [speed] of transfer, and some people thought we could be wrong [and] that it could be done, and so we said okay, we’re going to try it. So, we organized some hackers in Europe, to try to transfer a data set from the U.S. over to Europe, to see how fast we could get it there, and we tried it from Albania, and Serbia, a couple of places in the Netherlands, and London. Well, we got various rates, but the highest rate we got was between the data center in New Jersey and one in London, and that was [the one which had gone at] 49.1 megabytes per second, and it went at 12 megabytes per second, which is one-fourth the rate, little less than one-fourth the rate necessary to do the transfer at the highest rate that we saw in the Guccifer 2 data, which meant it didn’t go across the net, so, in fact, the file rate transfers couldn’t. We were nowhere near the maximum rate that [would have been necessary if this had been a hack]. And so we said, okay, if anybody has a way of getting it there, let us know, and we’ll help you try to get to do that, and so far no one has ever come forward to dispute either the facts on the DNC data last file, modified file times, nor the transfer rates, for the Guccifer 2.

Plus, there’s another factor with Guccifer 2, there’s actually two more with Guccifer 2 data, the first of the five July data, and the one September data, if you ignored a date and hour they could merge like you’re shuffling a deck of cards the holes in the five July data timing were filled by data from the first September, that said to us that
Guccifer 2 was playing with the data, separating in the two files, saying he made two different acts and and doing a range change on the date and the hour on the one file, so this to us was also an indication of fabrication on the part of Guccifer 2. Then, there’s another factor: when Guccifer 2 put out some from files on 15 june of 2016, with the signatures of Russian saying it’s a Russian hack, our fellows in the UK looking at the data found five of those files at a minimum, I don’t know they’re through yet looking, but they found five files that Guccifer 2 posted on the 15th of June with Russian signatures saying the Russians did this because of a signature they found the same five files posted by Wikileaks from a Podesta emails and they did not have the Russian signatures, so that meant Guccifer 2 was inserting Russian signatures to make it look like the Russians did the [alleged] hack. Well, if you go back to the Vault 7 release from Wikileaks again, from CIA, and you look, they have this Marble framework program that will modify files to look like someone else did the hack, and who were the countries that they had the ability to do that, in the in the Marble framework program? Well, one was Russia, the other was China, North Korea, Iran, and Arab countries. Well, to us, then, that means that the fabrication of the insert of the Russian signatures means that somebody modified the file and made it look like it fits the Marble framework definition of doing that kind of activity, which thus says all of this boosts with two materials pointing back now to CIA, as the origin of it, that’s the basic evidence we have, and none of it points to Russia.

In fact, we can’t even find anything that points to Russia, when in fact the Mueller indictment, or the Mueller report, and that Rosenstein indictment, named some that they called trolls for the Russian government, the IRA, the Internet Research Agency, out of St. Petersburg, and Russia, they named it in a court document, and, well, the IRA over there said we are no way near, we are not in any way associated with, the Russian government, so they sent lawyers in to challenge that in the court of law here in the U.S., and the court charged the government to prove it, and they couldn’t, they couldn’t prove anything, and so the judge basically reprimanded them and said you were never to mention the IRA as in any way affiliated with the Russian government again, so their whole case was falling apart. Everything looked like the rooks were two potato, was a fabrication, the alleged hack and so on, all applications, fabrication, and even if you look at some of the testimony that came out from the Crowdstrike CEO [hired by the Democratic National Committee], I think his name was Sean Henry, he said we we had no indications of exfiltrating the data, but we had evidence that it was exfiltrated. Now, if he’s talking about the last modified times as an indication of exfiltration, which it was but it wasn’t from a hack it was from a download, so that download then is an indication it was done locally as were the Guccifer 2 data that couldn’t go across the net. It was a download locally. All that stuff happened locally. In fact, some of the data and the Guccifer 2 material had all the time stamps indicating it was done on the East Coast of the United States, we had one in Central time, and one on the West Coast, but most of them fell on the East Coast, so it implied that all this stuff [both Wikileaks and Guccifer 2] was happening on the East Coast, and that really pointed right back at CIA, as the origin of all this fabrication.

Binney wants to present this case at trial, against the CIA’s top officials under President Barack Obama.

I have lost all “faith” in government. The government is hostile from the lowest levels to the top. This may very well be my last election that I cast a vote regardless of who wins if high level politicians and officials don’t go down with life prison sentences and better yet the death penalty for treason.

This really isn't anything new, it's been going on for thousands of years.

Once your society / kingdom / empire gets slightly big, it starts being mostly run by the "Civil Servants" or "Administrators".

Eventually, once they are fully entrenched, it matters little who the figurehead is.

Like all humans, the moment you have an agency or a group, the primary goal of the group becomes to gain more power and more wealth and more control.

In recent history:
President Eisenhower clearly laid out the warning.
Kennedy... well we all know how that went down.

Trump came in saying he wanted to upset the applecart... well the applecart wasn't happy about it and tried their best to stage a palace coup but it didn't quite work out, so they are hoping they can get the rabble on the streets to do the job, but that's looking iffy.

I'm sure a lot of the entrenched type are worried that if Trump is re-elected, there is a chance he might be interested in doing a Stalin style purge.

Not much different is the Novichok story out of UK , since OCPW started leaking due to false report on Syria chemical attacks that were fabricated to pull US into the war , OCPW continues to leak

Austria officially confirmed this week that the British Government’s allegation that Novichok, a Russian chemical warfare agent, was used in England by GRU, the Russian military intelligence service, in March 2018, was a British invention.

Investigations in Vienna by four Austrian government ministries, the BVT intelligence agency, and by Austrian prosecutors have revealed that secret OPCW reports on the blood testing of Sergei and Yulia Skripal, copies of which were transferred to the Austrian government, did not reveal a Russian-made nerve agent.

Two reports, published in Vienna this week by the OE media group and reporter Isabelle Daniel, reveal that the Financial Times publication of the cover-page of one of the OPCW reports exposed a barcode identifying the source of the leaked documents was the Austrian government. The Austrian Foreign Ministry and the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz und Terrorismusbekämpfung (BVT), the domestic intelligence agency equivalent to MI5 or FBI, have corroborated the authenticity of the documents.

The Austrian disclosures also reveal that in London the Financial Times editor, Roula Khalaf, four of the newspaper’s reporters, and the management of the Japanese-owned company have fabricated a false and misleading version of the OPCW evidence and have covered up British government lying on the Skripal blood testing and the Novichok evidence.

On Wednesday afternoon this week, OE24, a news portal of the OE media group in Vienna, broke the first story (lead image, right) that the barcode found on the OPCW document photograph published in London had been traced to several Austrian state ministries. The next day, OE political editor Isabelle Daniel reported the Austrian Foreign, Defence and Economics Ministries had received copies of the barcoded OPCW dossier, and that the Justice Ministry and prosecutors were investigating “potential moles”.

Daniel also quoted a Foreign Ministry source as saying its copy of the documents had been securely stored in its disarmament department safe, and that there were “no tips” the leak had come from there. Daniel also quoted a BVT spokesman as confirming the authenticity of the OPCW file had been verified. “We have checked it recently. Officially it has not come to us.”

Left: Isabelle Daniel of OE, Vienna. Right, Roula Khalaf Razzouk, editor of the Financial Times since her recent appointment by the Nikkei group, the newspaper’s owner. Her full name and concealment of her Lebanese political and business interests can be followed here. The names of the four Financial Times reporters who have participated in the misrepresentation and cover-up are Paul Murphy, investigations editor; Dan McCrum, a reporter; Helen Warrell, NATO correspondent; and Max Seddon of the Moscow bureau.

The leak had been an “explosive secret betrayal” and a criminal investigation was under way, OE24 reported. OE is a privately owned Austrian media group, based in Vienna. It publishes a newspaper, the news portal OE.at, radio and television.

The Financial Times report first exposing the OPCW documents appeared on July 9. Details of how the newspaper fabricated the interpretation the OPCW had corroborated Russian involvement in the Novichok attack can be read here. For the full Skripal story, read the book.

At an OPCW Executive Council meeting on April 14, 2018, five weeks after the Skripal attack, the British Government confirmed that a few days earlier “all States parties” had received copies of the OPCW dossier. This included Austria, as the Viennese sources now acknowledge.

Source: https://www.opcw.org/

“The OPCW responded promptly to our request to send their experts to the United Kingdom,” declared Peter Wilson, the British representative to the OPCW on April 14, 2018. “They conducted a highly professional mission. The OPCW’s designated laboratories have also responded professionally and promptly. What the Director-General said was really important on this, and the Technical Secretariat’s presentation shows how professional that work was. The report the Technical Secretariat presented to us on 11 April was thorough and methodical. The Technical Secretariat responded quickly to our request to share that report with all States Parties. All have had the chance to see the quality of that work.”

Wilson went on to say: “As you know, on 4 March Yulia and Sergei Skripal were poisoned in Salisbury, the United Kingdom, with a chemical weapon, which United Kingdom experts established to be a Novichok. OPCW has now clearly verified those findings.”

The Austrian copy of the OPCW file now confirms this was a misrepresentation of the chemical formula and other evidence the OPCW had gathered.

Wilson went on to conclude: “the identification of the nerve agent used is an essential piece of technical evidence in our investigation, neither DSTL’s [Defence Science and Technology Laboratory at Porton Down] analysis, nor the OPCW’s report, identifies the country or laboratory of origin of the agent used in this attack. So let me also set out the wider picture, which leads the United Kingdom to assess that there is no plausible alternative explanation for what happened in Salisbury than Russian State responsibility. We believe that only the Russian Federation had the technical means, operational experience, and the motive to target the Skripals.”

The first qualifying sentence was the British truth; the conclusion was the British lie. The Austrian evidence now verifies there was no evidence of a Russian source in the blood and other test samples; no evidence of Novichok; and no evidence to corroborate the British allegations of a Russian chemical warfare attack.

In its report, the Financial Times displayed a partial photograph of the cover-page of one of the OPCW documents in its possession (lead image, left). A classification stamp appears to be showing through the title page, but no barcode is visible. The London newspaper appears to have cropped the published picture so as to hide the barcode. That concealment — proof of the Austrian source – allowed the newspaper reporters to claim the source of the document was unknown, probably Russian, as the headline implied: “Wirecard executive Jan Marsalek touted Russian nerve gas documents.”

A British military source was reported as claiming “the documents were ‘unlikely’ to have come from OPCW member states in western Europe or the US.” Khalaf and her reporters added: “The OPCW, which is based in The Hague, said this week that it was investigating the matter, but declined further comment. The Kremlin did not immediately respond to a request for comment.” With the barcode in their possession but hidden, they knew they were publishing a combination of disinformation and lies.

The disclosure of the barcode to the Austrians appears to have followed after they had requested it from Khalaf. She checked with her superiors in the newspaper management before handing it over. They believed they were doing so in secret.

It is not known if Motohiro Matsumoto (right), the Nikkei executive responsible for the London publishing company, was alerted and gave his authorization; he refuses to answer questions. Matsumoto, one of the five directors of Financial Times Ltd., is the general manager of Nikkei’s global business division. He takes
his running orders from Nikkei’s chairman and a long-time media executive, Tsuneo Kita. Matsumoto replaced Hirotomo Nomura at the head of the Financial Times on March 25, 2020. When Nikkei bought the newspaper from Pearson Plc in 2015, Nikkei became its sole proprietor.

The Austrian press has yet to report how the barcode was obtained from the newspaper. Because the BVT and state prosecutors in Vienna are involved in their search for the “moles”, it is likely they contacted their counterparts at MI5 and the Home Office, and that the newspaper agreed to hand over its copy of the OPCW file to the latter. The collaboration of the journalists with the secret services to falsify evidence against Moscow in the Novichok story remains a sensitive secret.

Once again coming up with some Casus belli to get people onboard with the killing, regardless of if it's true or not, is such an old trick that it's even in the bible.

A lot of countries are busy doing some pretty deeds that they like to keep quiet about while blaming others for similar things.
War requires propaganda and the manipulation of public perception.

You can't let the sheep start talking to each other and find out that all their masters are bastards now can you?

This is why they MUST, Have to, by all mean impeach(which didn't work) and must rig the election now. Else they will all wind up in jail. DJT true came to flush them all out.
I have yet to see one person held accountable or "flushed out". Clinton wasn't held accountable for illegally storing classified information on her server, Bill hasn't been held accountable for diddling children, and Obama hasn't been held accountable for trying to overthrow a sitting president.

Now this Epstein stuff is coming out and saying that the FBI had information on men raping kids since 2011, they chose to do nothing about it? Why.
It has been stated that Epstein got his sweat heart deal the first time he was arrested for pedophilia, because the CIA claimed he was theirs. So our 3 letter agencies are in the business of using children as pawns in sex trafficking now? WTF?

I for most of my life believed in the Govt. That it was good and pure but not without flaws. When people from other countries said bad things I dismissed them as bullshit. But now everyday I more and more see what those folks said may have merit. We have become the evil empire.

Justice is only a meaningless word. I am now a cynic, almost beyond hope of recovery. Bill Barr has one chance to change my mind and return to me, my trust in the system. But everyday that goes by takes me farther from that trust. If we do not see some real Justice before this election, I feel we never will.

This is a dangerous time. Men without hope are men with nothing to lose. Men with nothing to lose have nothing to constrain them. God help us all.

We live in a system now where politicians can be openly corrupt without impunity. Politicians of both political parties can make stock trades based on the classified intelligence briefings they receive and it's perfectly ok. Nanci Peloci can pass legislation that makes her and her family millions of dollars. Hunter Biden can make hundreds of thousands of dollars being on the board of an energy company and he has ZERO experience. Chelsea Clinton can make millions of dollars serving on the board of the Clinton Foundation, the same organization that took in millions of dollars in donations from foreign countries while her mother was Secretary of State. Ivanka Trump can represent the U.S. at UN meetings and other foreign interactions regardless of the fact that there are career diplomats in the state department that are literally subject matter experts on the topics.

The two party system has very effectively created idiologs and pitted us against ourselves. If you pray to the alter of the DNC, Joe Biden is a great man and you completely ignore the fact that he has credibly been accused of sexual assault, he is literally losing his mind, and his career is ripe with pathological lying and racism. If you pray at the alter of the RNC, Trump is a gift sent from god and you completely ignore the fact that he is a narcissist with a complete lack of morals, he has blown up the debt, and you ignore the many STUPID, STUPID things he says like "I wish her well" to a woman who is in jail for child sex trafficking.

Regardless of if you are on the left or the right, you have no desire to hold your team accountable . Because the worst thing for America is that the other guys get power. The reality is, they are both the same side of a very fucked up coin.

While much/most of what you say here is 'accurate' (I hesitate to say the word "true"), I have to add that you cannot be suggesting that a 3 or more Party system is what you are advocating for, is it?

I'm not in any way suggesting that what you have said is inaccurate. But what I AM stating is that the 2 Party system truly is better than anything consisting of 'more' choices. The ONLY way to fix/improve your 2 Party system is to actually 'flush' the process and clean out the detritus. Make it actually WORK again, the way it was intended to from the beginning.

Simply because, you DO NOT want a 3 or more Party system. Or choice. Or vote. Or whatever else you want to call it. Think of it this way:

If you had, say,,,,, a 6 Party system/choice on the ballot, divide that outcome across the board 'almost equally' and then you'll have a "winner" that garnered only 20% of the votes. Do you REALLY want someone controlling the government for the next administration to be he/she that only had the support of 20% of the populace? And that is only IF everybody actually gets off their ass and actually goes to vote.

While I'm not saying that what you've got is perfect and/or working fine.... I am saying that it truly IS better than what so many others around the world have to choose from/deal with.

And I can't say that strong enough.......

It's a little more nuanced than that.
The problem is that thanks to getting the "sheeple" all on board with such lies as "campaign finance reform" and both parties using the IRS to squash anybody that bothered them, you don't actually have any real choice for the most part when it gets to the final election.
You sometimes have a small choice in the primaries... if they let you.
The party bosses have rigged it so that it's very hard to have anybody not part of the "inner party" get on the ballot. When they do manage it, just look at Trump, the Republicans worked harder against him than they did Obama.
Realistically the way it is now, there are 2 parties and that's it and it's pick one or get the other one.

You can vote for the hopelessly flawed candidate that is closest to your viewpoint.

Or you can let the other candidate who hates you and everything you stand for and promises loudly to help those that hate you put the boot to your neck with the full force of the police and government.

Sure you could toss all the ones closest to your viewpoint in the ditch to teach them a lesson... and the opposing party would say thank you very much, as they run roughshod over you and change the rule book to make sure they always win.

Sucks to me the common working citizen right about now.

a republic needs leadership that is right, not popular. democracy is mob rule that leads to death of the empire. that is exactly what the left wants. i certainly pray the fascists start fascisting soon or these commies will hand us to the chinese on a platter.

You bring up great points. I'm not suggesting that a 3 or more party system would be better. Personally I think a less corrupt 2 party system would work way better. Holding EVERYONE accountable would solve a lot of problems we have.

A big problem is that politicians now get sent to DC to make their respective parties better, NOT America. They spend most of their time on fundraising and the most successful ones are those who can raise the most money while screaming the loudest about how the other guys are completely evil.

You definitely aren't wrong. There is always more room for nuance. The sad reality is both political parties are so full of hypocrisy and corruption, neither are actually earning many votes. Most of the votes today are just, the other guy/girl is evil and they will be the end of the U.S. as we know it, the lesser of two evils.

No, I have no delusions that anyone that works for any federal(even state level) agency cares about actually making things better, let alone about my well being. If they did care about making things better, all of them would resign from their positions.

I mostly agree, and that is why I voted for a man who is not a politician. He is a builder that knows sometimes you have to tear it down, to build it back better. Some things are beyond repair.

WTF?
I said this from the get go, Epstein was an asset plain and simple.
Look at the amount of powerful people caught with their had in the cookie jar.
And those are just the ones we know about but you bet your ass the controllers know the others

I've heard the "transfer rate" stuff before. It's crap and here's why. That theory reads like something out of a CSI TV show.

-Many if not most commercial places run 1 gigabit Internet in the datacenter if not 10 gigabit. I have no reason to believe the DNC was the exception. They were almost certainly running multiple 1 gigabit links if not multiple 10 gigabit links.
-To get the gigabytes per second rate into megabytes per second just divide by 8. That means that a single gigabit pipe will transfer 125MB/s (b=bits, B=bytes.)
-A 10 gigabit line will transfer 1250 MB/s
-Internet Backbones are often 100 gigabit at this point. That's 12,500MB/s. Way more than 50.
-Obviously you have to have a data center on the other side that supports these speeds as well. The 12.5MB/s limit they're hitting means they likely are at 100 megabit connectivity.
-This says nothing about compression or doing "sparse" transfers. Some files have large amounts of zeroes in them. Think disk fragmenting if you're old enough, Exchange can be like that. If they did a sparse transfer there's a good chance the amount of actual data transfer happening vs the file sizes wasn't the same. Same thing with compression, even poorly compressible work loads go at a rate of something like 2:1-3:1. That means potentially 1/2-1/3 the bandwidth across the network.
-Chances are there's netflow data that would substantiate this. This data probably does exist somewhere and was probably combed through at a point. You don't move that much data without some noise at some point. Since it's an email server and it has certain protocols it uses (IMAP, POP, SMTP whatever) anything going out of it in quantity is an aberration that is easily searched for in retrospect. The existence of this data is almost certain as the DNC is likely a constant target for hacking and more importantly denial of service attacks. I would expect their network engineering to be tip top quite frankly even if they did get hacked; Blocking advanced persistent threats ain't easy since basically every person in an org is a walking security risk.
-There's actually oddly a decent chance it wouldn't show up in their bandwidth billing. The reason why is that 5% of the top bandwidth utilization is discarded on leased lines ("95th percentile billing.") That means 36 hours in a 30 day month that you can spike the line to saturation and it wouldn't be noticeable. Even without this the (customer done) netflow would have it show up.
-There's also an odd chance they were having performance problems with the application at transfer time but it's unlikely. Modern infrastructure actually would help mitigate this because the performance is so high you really have to do a LOT to be noisy now. Particularly in the field of storage.

Also the whole "turning the servers over to the FBI" is a misrepresentation of the situation. The feebies got forensic images. That's probably what you're going to get in an Enterprise Environment. The environment I'm in now has about 500-600 servers and besides some specific niches one has actual hard drives in it. There's literally hundreds of servers that have no disks in them. They just boot off of shared networked storage and store their data there. I've sent physical disks to the feds or security companies before but usually you hook an external HDD up somewhere, make a copy of it and then send that off. It could be a copy of the virtual machine(s) or a copy of the files on the original server. Never have I deracked a server for the feebies and sent the whole thing in. Not once.

If something doesn’t happen before the election with all this crap then I don’t think I can bring myself to play these games anymore by voting. This may not be a popular viewpoint here but It’s mine.
