Never forget the day I was charge nurse in the ED, we were 10+ trauma activations into our day, including a couple of them had already died, and a deputy brings in a leg in a trash bag. The guy it belonged to was almost done with surgery to finish tidying up his amputation. It had gotten so tangled up in the front of a vehicle they couldn't find it for a while.......
