Looking for soft case options for rifles (Rem 700, 300WM size) that will fit with higher scopes and Harris bipod on them. Thanks in advance!

Boyt is the only one. It's called the scoped varminter, or some, such thing.
Good news is that Boyt makes the Cabela's cases. So, if you want Boyt quality without the steep price (99 bucks), look to Cabela's for the same case for about 65 bucks, or so.

The Boyt is awesome, but I would be hesitant to use it for a rifle with a bipod attached as it has a soft cotton lining that can tear easily.
Creedmore makes on that will also work, and it would take the bipod better, and it's also a very nice case. It's on sale for the holidays, $89.

Dont know if this is would work for you, but its what I use. Its the one that folds out into a shooting mat. I can fit my big scope .308 in it with the Harris on, or my big scoped Ar with the bipod on too.

the condor trifold type cases carry a gun/scope/bipod well,also a shoot mat.eagle galati tactical rifle cover does the same just a little smaller

I have the Voodoo double rifle soft case and it works great for me. I have even had it strapped to the back of the roll-bar on a Rhino while hunting and it held 2 rifles just fine.
