I have a like new Winchester 70 Classic Stainless 270 WSM with minor dings on the plastic stock. The metal is like new with a few minor rub marks. It has a jeweled bolt which shows no wear. Made in New Haven, controlled round feed.
$775.00 Shipped lower 48. 767.00 $750.00

What is the reason the ejection port on the stock and the action don't match?

I don't have a clue, I bought it I didn't make it. Looks like Winchester used the same mold to make both the long and short receiver rifles. You can see that even clearer from the molding block-outs in the floor plate area.
