SOLVED A&d fx120i not weighing kernels or holding zero

PROBLEM SOLVED. IT WAS USING THE ZERO TRACKING FEATURE AND IT WAS CORRECTING FOR THE .02 gn I KEPT ADDING

Is anyone any expert with this balance? I just got it in waiting for my auto trickler to come in.

It wont measure a few granules for me. It also loses zero after it does that. It goes up to .02 gn then it goes back to 0.00 after every drop

I followed all the instructions and I can't get it to stop doing this. It's level, it's away from other electronics, there is no air flow in the room, it's 68 degrees, Tried leaving it on for a day to warm up. I tried unplugging it.

Any other suggestions?

Spray static guard on the clear 419 lid.

Have your tried another pan? Eliminate it all together... zero the scale without a pan and trickle the same way. Still do it?

Took the wind guard off also and used anti static and it did the same thing

Just tried it with a plastic dish. Same thing.

I'd contact the retailer or manufacturer and begin the warranty process. The FX120i should be one of the easiest scales to use, mine is not finicky at all.

Damn... yeah, get an RMA going. Sounds like you have done all you can. Sucks, but once you get it resolved it will be worth it.

It was set to 1. I turned it off and it started counting in .02 gn increments! What should it be set to when using the auto trickler?

It wasn't counting a granule of powder because it thought the .02gn that the powder weighed was a drift. So it kept correcting for the drift. When I turned off the auto-tracking zero it stopped correcting so I knew it was working right.
