No more power to .gov!

Charge them with rioting and destruction of property. And felon in possession etc.

When they take power you be the terrorist now.

Yeah just like the guy in Wisconsin getting arrested for peacefully protesting the Antifa mob outside his house for “brandishing” his weapon and being the only one arrested? Tell me this sedition wont be targeted in the wrong direction. (All assuming there isnt more to that story which I’m struggling to see how possible.)

Only people seeming to be arrested these days are everyone but these Marxist revolutionaries. Should make you really think how far gone the conflict/critical theory BS has already infiltrated our governmental agencies. I respect the institution of law enforcement and we definitely need the ability to administer justice. However, until some of these officers recognize they are violating Constitutional rights and defy their orders I’m not so excited about this announcement and hard to say I trust some of them just the same. The officers arresting someone protecting themselves against a mob just to placate the mob are just as guilty.

Point being allow the law enforcement to do their job as it should be done, squash this crap in the beginning and theres no need for this “good news”.

Same sumbitch that was going to hang all the coup attempters...

Felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison .
But it rarely sticks.
Its rarely used I think because sedition is one of those intermediate crimes that's usually part of a conspiracy. It's a pretty focused definition I think and you could call a lot of stuff sedition but, the same actions could be considered freedom of speech protected by the first amendment. It's kinda like Clarence Thomas's (?) definition of pornography: you know it when you see it.

Yep. This is going to end up like the war on drugs and war on terrorism, where certain conservatives get all horny about government power being used against The Bad People, until one day they figure out that - surprise! - the government abused that power and it's too late to do anything.

Without a doubt, this rioting shit has to stop, because it's a complete failure of the government to protect the civil and property rights of the victims. But I really don't feel this is the right course of action. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I would rather for go the federal justice system and let the locals handle it with HRB .... Hail of Rubber Bullets until they look like Gumby.

Oh look, Barr came to the surface with another hollow noise before descending deep back into the swamp.

If he were serious about prosecuting the actual people who are conspiring to overthrow our government he would charge the ones doing the conspiring, starting with Pelosi, the Democrat Party and many in the GOP.

Fuck Barr. Barr is swamp.
