Some nice groups from today

Went to my outdoor range and managed some decent groups using eley sport

Savage Mark II TR .22lr, Vortex Crossfire 6-24x50, Warne rings, DIP 25MOA rail on a bipod and my shoulder.

This was 50yds

This is 100yds. First 3 were right on the money last 2 killed it

Still a very nice 5 shot group at 100 IMHO

I would rest quite content if a rifle set up for field use could produce like that. I would take a consistent 1 moa rifle anyday over a high maintanence bench gun that will do half of that but only on Wednesdays after I ate tofu and stood on one foot for 30 seconds.
