Something besides media tumbling

I know this has been talked about but I can't find the info.
Is there a liquid solution out there for cleaning brass better inside and out?

Media is a pain in the ass with small mouth cartridges.

I was thinking of a copper solvent mixture, then after cleaning, soak in water then dry either in the oven at 100 Deg. or some other method to make sure all moisture is gone.

Tell me what's out there or other things you guys have came up with please.
