Really though, 45*F - 55*F and store it. If you drink it now and like it, get more and store it. Some of the new brews are barrel aged, or rack aged and are really smooth. Check out Smoke and IMbibe magazine for some really good stuff. Cigar Press also has killer brews too.

Oh I dig all things Cooper's, especially the Vintage Ale. It was already refrigerated when it arrived, very happy. Will definitely check out the cigar mags.
