Joe Kittinger, a no BS bad ass. Met him ~15 years ago, a friend of an ex-brother in law. The man has some seriously good stories to tell over a couple beers. A testament to his character by helping this guy out to break the record.

If he reaches terminal velocity in the stratosphere he will slow upon reaching the atmosphere's resistance. This is only true if I looked at Greg's math right on the wiki site. I would love to do that on two wheels on the salt. Anyone want to sponser me?
