Leupold Opps, meant B/L, glass, new or old, quality stuff. You will see however, quite a few people leaning towards a larger, 80mm, objective lens. Brings in more light at higher mag. wider field of view also.
Invest in a GOOD tripod! Spindly legs equates to shake and at even 20 power it looks like a frickin earthquke in the scope with just a slight breeze.
As they say here, cry once, buy the best you can't afford.
I use a 24x60x80 Celestron, Manfrotto tripod, QD head. Have maybe 500 invested in the whole rig. Use it spotting at BPCR, IHMSA, precision rifle shoots etc. Strap it and the pod on a backpack for "armed hikes" in the Black Hills quite often.
It aint Swarovski (sp) by any stretch, but it works for me.
