Anyone have this gold piece come loose ? Pretty sure I bought this one new. 250 ish rounds of .22lr. Was dead when I pulled out of safe. Put new battery in. Worked for about a Mag and a half then died again and this gold piece was loose in there
Agreed. Based on a previous experience with Trijicon, you should be good to go and they will do you right. I had an RMR I bought used since the dot was blurry. Well, the focusing lens had departed. Sent it back and they replaced it.
Plus one on Trijicon warranty service. Mine was purchased from a member here, used on a 9mm PCC briefly, started eating batteries and then dead entirely. They replaced all the lens and internals and returned in about 3+ weeks. Good comms all through the process, very professional on the phone and if you could make the warranty process a pleasant experience, they came damn close.
