I have also been trying to get in touch with them. Its been 5 months waiting on a pair of glasses. The first couple times I called it was 2 weeks, then 2 weeks, then 2 weeks, then.......
Now I cant get ahold of anybody so im fighting the credit card charge.

I bought online a Tyr pack, been waiting 4 months now, and sta will not answer calls, emails, Facebook, private messages. Talked to TYR about my problem and they tried to help but they also cannot get a reply. Now I'm thinking of fighting credit card company and perhaps filing a postal fraud claim? what do you guys think?.

They did answer my facebook message to ask what my order number was and havent responded to any other correspondence . I also ordered some tyr stuff. Well guess I will start the credit card dispute process. Sad that the guy is a sponsor on the hide and doing business this way. Ban em Lowlight.

Ugh...I'd hate to think they've gone sideways. I just checked, and my orders were in January and February of this year, so it's been a while since I've been in contact with them. Hope it all gets sorted out.

When I asked Tyr to help contacting them, Tyr also mentioned that they had not received any orders from Sta for a long time. That is why I am thinking postal fraud, since they charged my CC but seemingly did not order anything form Tyr, then no response to all communication attempts. Last week I posted a complaint on their Facebook site which seems was quickly removed the next day. I am therefore assuming that my complaint was seen by them, and that non communication or non response is willful.

Stopped by the store today and it is closed.
Sign on the door said "This store is closed until further notice"
Looked through the window and it is still stocked with stuff on hangers and racks etc. so not sure what the deal is.

That maybe true Nomad but their customer service is horrible if not non existent. Only thing I want from them is the gear I paid for, or my money back so I can order the stuff from someone that can deliver. Just not the best business practices.

A bit of a necro post, but figured some guys were still out there wondering WTF was going on with their orders.
I ordered some Tyr stuff around the same time most here say they did and after many emails, calls that would ring and ring and go to voice-mail I finally disputed the charge on the card. So here is where it gets hilarious.
This fucking cock doesn't bother to reply to any emails, return any calls or even pick up his goddamned phone. But what does this inbred motherfucker do? Tries to fight the charge-back from the credit card company. That's right, this guy had no qualms about charging my card a day after I ordered with absolutely ZERO intention of filling the order and then proceeds to play a round of watch me ignore you until I get the CC company involved. I wait the 45 days or whatever it is for them to do their 'research' and then get a letter back stating they need more information as the vendor is disputing my claim. Back and forth and we're in fucking May!
