Looking for some experienced insight on how to fine tune a badger m2008 in regards to the bolt lift.... Firing pin spring, honing certain contact points, etc...
The first gen firing pin springs were getting light primer strikes, Badger went with a heavier spring to remedy the issue and in turn this makes the bolt lift heavier. You can play around with the firing pin tension, as well as lapping the cam on the bolt that cocks the firing pin.
here is a pic of a Rem bolt, Badger uses the same design. Polish this area with a small polishing wheel on a dremel, as well as the area on the firing pin in the bolt shroud that makes contact.
