I've been thinking of buying either a Stiller Tac 30 or maybe a RSR. Both are about the same price and I haven't heard anything real bad about either. What are the pros and cons of these 2 for those that own them? It will end up as a 260 more than likely.

There are plenty of opinions if you do a search. This exact comparison as well.
Good products - both of them. For even coin, I'd likely run a Surgeon only because of all the glowing reviews it receives. I'm a stiller fan as well - having had a few of them (1 currently).
If a lightweight hunting rifle is what you are after, I'd go stiller predator and do away with the rail only to save weight.
