I don't want to seam like a newbe but I guess I am when it comes to bolt guns. I just got a new Remy 700 SPS and I put a HS precision police sniper stock on it last night and I was wondering if a Badger Ord. bottom metal with mag will drop right in or do I need to make modification to stock ? Thanks for any info.

sorry to be so dumb but can you explain a little more for me, these bolt rifles are a foren language for me.

Re: stock question

No problem. The HS Precision stock is inlet (cut) to fit the HS Precision bottom metal. Badger, CDI, HS, all have a slightly different footprint than each other. I put HS bottom metal on my 700P stock, with no modification... drop in fit. When I looked at putting something else on it, in order to use AI magazines. I found that a couple of the bottom metal companies can give you a trace outline of their bottom metal, so you can look at your current inlet and see how much needs to be changed to fit their product.

Re: stock question

Thank you for the info. If I still decide to go with the Badger it may not be that big of a deal for me, because I am a tool and die machinest. I just did not have the 411 on that stuff, thanks again
