Here's what "tuff-liner" bed-liner looks like for stock texturing....pretty thick.....

i did this the the outside housing on my fleshlight to gain mad grippin power to really torque one out, but i used a sponge to create the texture in the marine tex

Marine Tex will work great for bedding an action. If you look on youtube you can find an awesome set of video's that another hide member has made. IMHO he is one of the best gun smiths in America and his videos rock. He uses marine tex to do his bedding work and that says a great deal to me. I did what he said on my 5R and the results were awesome. It was the size of my shrinking shot groups that impressed me the most.
