Recently picked up a steel pin tumbler for cleaning brass. I see products on the market for removing them at the end of the cleaning process. What’s the easiest method? Would rather skip the trial and error of multiple products if there’s a widely known method to separating them out.

Something like this has been pretty easy.

Frankford Arsenal version shown.

The easiest method ... if NOT to use steel pins. They're a mess. Just tumble with a good brass cleaner (I use the packets from Frankford Arsenal) and you'll be good to go. The pins are a mess, and a pain in the ass, and they're just not necessary.
