Stuck Case with Factory Ammo in 28 Nosler??

I'm wondering what you guys think about this problem. My buddy just bought a brand new Browning Hells Canyon 28 Nosler. Took it to the range and bought FACTORY Nosler 175gr Accubond Longrange bullets. Shot the first 3 no problem and the next shot couldn't hardly extract the case, shot one more and needed a rubber mallet to knock out the stuck case. The case was stuck with factory ammo. He then tried Hornady 162gr. ELDX with NO problems.

I'm guessing the stuck case is from a pressure issue with the Nosler factory ammo? There is an extractor mark on the stuck case after removal.
Is Nosler running their factory ammo on the edge of pressure? Even so the case shouldn't get stuck??

Any thoughts would be great!!

Extractor mark? Not an ejector mark?

Any velocity data?

Throw some calipers on the cases and get the numbers for new vs fired for both nosler and hornady brass. Base diameter, shoulder diameter, overall length and shoulder datum position. The answer is in the measurements.

Nosler has had some issues with the 28 brass, it seems to be a pretty common issue.... Find some ADG brass
I agree 100% with this and Nos 28 brass.
But, how fast did you shoot 5 shots? Should not get 3 then on to stiff. I would clean the barrel, and retry, 3 quick shots from a 28 nos from a thin barrel can really warm it up, skewing results.

5 shots were not fast and it was 35 degrees out too. Brought the gun home and cleaned it good before shooting the Hornady ammo.

Sorry my bad, ejector mark on the stuck case! Don't have any new brass but I will look in the Nosler book to look at the specs.
