OK i have dual studs on my manners and 2 Atlas bi-pods that clip to rail. I have saw a rail section that connected to a harris type stud. Where can I find them? Got to fix this before the Grind.

I take it your not gonna be running a gasser this year. Seekins makes one and so does the company that makes the atlas. See ya down there.

There are multiple sources for rail sections that will mate up with the Manners swivel stud spacing. I can't recall what specific center-to-center spacing that they use, but see the following:
