Is it really as simple as place barreled action in barrel vise, insert ARC Nucleus action wrench, remove action from barrel, R&R barrel in vice, screw action back onto new barrel and torque (assuming shouldered barrel install)?

Any issues with repeatability? Figure not but worth asking since I’m sure folks here do this..

My nucleus barrels are all shouldered and I swap between 223 trainer and 6 Dasher regularly. I've had no issues with repeatability.

The process you listed is identical to what I do. I've written the zeroing for both barrels on the side of my chassis. It repeats.

I’ll echo above. Super easy procedure definitely worth the time and investment to do it. I’ve done it on all my bighorns as well.

Where are y’all getting your shouldered barrels?

Does any one know about the shouldered barrels being able to hand thread right in and go shoot without a gauge they should be head spaced and ready to go from what I hear but can’t find any more info

You still Need to torque them on.
In theory you shouldn’t need to check head space but I guarantee I’d fire a shot and measure case expansion before going further.
