Cap and set screw can be moved to set windage zero, and then it limits rotation the same amount as before in either direction. I think it's only featured on some of the 2.5-10 models. My sfp atacr I can spin the windage until I use up the travel. That’s useful in ELR where you might be dialing for 25+ moa of wind sometimes...
