Subscribed Forum: new post email notification?

I see that my only choices for notification on subscribed forums is Daily or Weekly. Is there anyway to get back email notification on each new post as they happen? I also see there are instant emails on thread changes but not sub forum changes.

I did not see this addressed in any other topic, if so please point me there.
