8 days straight in the rain made the hunting tough and sloppy but once we figured out where the animals were holed up it all came together. 2 BIG axis bucks gave us the slip on this hunt and one was not recovered sadly due to poor tracking conditions (2 inches of water on ground) but sometimes that's part of hunting. Everyone had a good time though and Ive about ran out of all the quarters I could find washing the truck but it is a hunt I will always remember. All animals below were low fence.

Ran back home on the 7th day to go to a wedding then another wedding shower that evening, got 2 hours of sleep and drove back out to make good on my end for a Cow Elk hunt. We got on an old dry cow early in the morning and after the dirty work was done I was on my way back home to catch some long needed zzz's
