Anyone else having trouble with them?

I ordered a scope level several weeks ago. After the first week or so I sent them an Email asking about the status of my order and they responded with "They will be in stock next week". So a week passes and still nothing. Again I have to ask whats up via Email. This time they said "we have no ETA," I wait acouple more weeks and ask if an ETA has been established. I have yet to recieve a response in some time.

First off why do need a scope leveling system? Use some shims between the scope and base and the tighten. You can search the hide there are several threads out there that discuss this.

Second if you really need a leveling system I would cancel my order and choose another vendor.

But that is just me

Matthew- I would get them on the phone on Monday. Early on I had a similar incident with their online ordering system being a little buggy. I called and got excellent service. They are good folks over the phone.

Kevlars, the item I purchased was a scope mounted bubble level.

WhiskeyWebber, I missed their phone number the first time I looked and thought they only opperated through Email. Just looked again and found the number. Thanks for making me check twice.
