Howdy,

I've got a supertrickler gen 2 and I wonder if anyone has any tips for tuning it for optimal loading times?

I have experimented with adjusting the bulk, fine, and pulse rates and letting the AI sort of trim up or down to get that .02+- threshold, and it can now get damn close in 2-3 seconds...

But it does this annoying as hell thing where for some reason no matter the base vibrator rate, on/off rates, ramping rates, etc... the powder seems to either have the last few kernels further back in the tube so it takes 10-15 extra seconds for it to migrate it up and drop it.

OR, the powder will somehow build a little log cabin and will take 5-10 seconds to drop it, at which point it will be an overcharge.

Does anyone have an experience with this? not a lot of information out there about using these really high end lab scale and trickle setups.

yes, every supertrickler owner ever

The "AI" sucks, I stopped using it a long time ago

Unfortunately, you're just going to have to play with stuff until it works for you. I think these are my N150 settings. They could be improved a little, but this throws in 8.5 sec @ 85%

Like the others said, just kind of the nature of the beast. Iv had pretty good luck with n540 but the kernels are smaller than varget this flow better. Here’s a shot of my average varget session. Iv got the bulk dialed in pretty good but the fine adjustments need work. I load on a Dillon so waiting a little longer doesn’t bother me, but the overthrows do.

Got it of a hide member that 3d prints them, the add ons help a lot, I spill 0 kernels now, just a matter of dialing everything in.
