weld an old Briggs an Stratton straight muffler to the barrel ,no need to drill it out just shoot thru it ...really simple

And you have both North Carolina and New York listed as your location...NY is a MAJOR no-no for private citizens owning/possessing/etc. suppressors regardless of the paperwork/approval process!!

Use the nagant as a weight and jump in the hudson!!! would be better then where your headed if you try to make a suppressor illegally.

Put the muzzle on the guy in front of you when you fire - that should quiet it down some.

Watch the movie The American with George Clooney. He builds one from the ground up using like 10 bucks in parts. I have built many following his method and of course always waiting for church bells to sounds before I bang on anything. So far they have withstood my Anzio 20mm, 120mm Howitzer, 10gauge, and 22LR. It is amazing how strong those washers are!!!

They also made an integrally suppressed AK47 that was actually an AK with a really long tube and a suppressor that was shrouded over the gasblock.... and mostly cut out with a dremel. And whoever would pay nearly $4000 for one should be slapped numerous times!
