Really? I paid for both of my kids, 100%.If the government is the one handing out the loans they can forgive if they want. If it helps the economy then might be worth it. In general though, if you borrow, should pay it back.
Sure, but what bank is going to offer that 0% loan? Or if you mean on existing loans, who is going to pay the bank for carrying that interest free loan?Just set the interest rate to 0%. Helps loan repayment while also making people pay back their loans. Seems like a happy middle ground and it wouldn't violate any laws (to my knowledge).
Sure, but what bank is going to offer that 0% loan? Or if you mean on existing loans, who is going to pay the bank for carrying that interest free loan?
The answer is ALWAYS the taxpayer. Maybe some of you geniuses should go take an economics class.
I’ll summarize for you all:
THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH!!!
Please run a commercial.I provide student loan relief for women (real women).
And that money came from the thin air? Where is it exactly that you think the government gets the money they so freely sling around.Loans owned by the government can be set to 0%. If it's a financial institution that owns the loans then tough titties.
There most certainly are free lunches or do you not remember the corporate bailouts?
Also, the banks were bailed out in 2008.

That lunch must be paid for by someone, if not the freeloaders being bought by the swamp. You and I pay for every-fucking-thing. Well, maybe I assume too much. Taxpayers like myself pay for everything. So I repeat for the thick of skull:
THERE IS NO FUCKING FREE LUNCH!!
And I say our country dodged a bullet when Garland was prvented a seat on SCOTUS. That hook nosed son of a bitch has absolutely no integrity.Well, "stealth" court packing, anyway. I think, in re: these recent decisions, Biden has already been quoted as saying, "Court packing is not the way...."
Well, not "today," anyway.... They can't do that while we're watching them directly. But when we turn our attention away.....
We really have to ensure the good health of Justices Thomas and Alito.

Who even cares which votes and favors the politicians are buying? When you truly realize that it’s always the taxpayer who is funding it (the interest on the debt only). So the people paid for a bailout of a corporation....sounds like a free lunch to me for the corporation.
How about welfare? That is a free lunch for those that receive it.
Social security once the recipient exceeds what they paid into it is a free lunch for the recipient.
For a federal loan dropped to 0%, how would that require tax payer money. It is not a relief on the balance but rather the interest rate. It isn't a free lunch either, they still have to pay back the balance.

“It has become a disturbing feature of some recent opinions to criticize the decisions with which they disagree as going beyond the proper role of the judiciary,” Roberts wrote. He said the majority came to its decision by adhering to court precedent “old and new” that “requires that Congress speak clearly before a Department Secretary can unilaterally alter large sections of the American economy.”
“We have employed the traditional tools of judicial decision-making in doing so. Reasonable minds may disagree with our analysis — in fact, at least three do,” Roberts wrote, referencing Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Elena Kagan, who wrote the dissenting opinion.
“We do not mistake this plainly heartfelt disagreement for disparagement,” Roberts said.
“It is important that the public not be misled either. Any such misperception would be harmful to this institution and our country,” he added.
Had that for decades - we called it the GI BillI have an out of the box solution. Corporate sponsorship. Corporations would 'sponsor' students. Students can apply for this sponsorship with participating corporate sponsors. If accepted, they'd attend 'activities' at the corporate sponsors location of choice and in return the corporation would apply 'credits' towards repayment of the student loan.
How is it going to cost them the election? That's what the democrats have wanted to do all this time. However, I think that they will be quiet about it until they cheat again in 2024. Their plan will be to pack the court then.
If they say anything more about court packing now, it might cost them the election. They may be crazy but they're smart enough to keep their mouths shut on this.
I hope that I'm wrong and they start screaming about court packing now. Hopefully it will scare the hell out of Americans that are just now catching on to what democrats are really about.
Regardless of what people think of Trump, if it wasn't for him, we would not have a conservative court. Let's hope Trump reminds everyone of how he shaped the Federal judiciary with his appointments.
IMHO, most of the public is satisfied with the size of the SCOTUS now. If the democrats try to push it now, it would be too early and scare some voters that might be on the fence and they will vote republican. How is it going to cost them the election?
Wrong Cori Bush and others have already started to scream about packing the courts. Remember spoiled rotten bastards who dont get their way are never smart they just want what they want. That's what the democrats have wanted to do all this time. Okay but has the MSM started to scream about this yet? Remember that the democrats play chess while republicans play checkers.Wrong Cori Bush and others have already started to scream about packing the courts. You can't farm with just equipment. There was a guy who graduated from high school. He went to the bank and borrowed money to buy a tractor and a planter. He worked night and day for years to repay his version of a student loan. His work produced the food you eat.
There was a guy who graduated from high school. He went to the bank and borrowed money for a HVAC service van. He worked night and day for years to repay his version of a student loan. His work keeps you cool today.
Where should I stop,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Meanwhile in the actual world I can't think of many corporations that aren't showing their leftist leanings. Democrats launder that corporate money by making donations in the names of people who didn't actually donate to them.Putting the gender drama aside - this is how the Dems have always played politics. They buy votes.
Repubs go for corp cash and wars and Dems go for entitlement.
This was a good day for accountability. Just ironic given the judges are all on the take.
It's theater, not a match of wits.Okay but has the MSM started to scream about this yet? Remember that the democrats play chess while republicans play checkers.
I hope that I'm wrong with my theory. If the democrats make too much noise about this before 2024, they could overplay their hand. I wish there were more Cori Bushes crying about this.
It's theater, not a match of wits.
I see. Thats how we vote our way out of this. The battle for the steeple is done. They will continue to do whatever they want with no repercussions. Soon they will be coming to get people for talking about unapproved stuff. History repeats.Yeah, but the problem is the "audience" viewing that theater. That audience is more likely to believe the theater as Gospel and not question it.
It's all a battle for the "Sheeples." We have to be better at reaching them and with points that make sense to them. We have to get more sheeples on our side.

It is estimated that during the revolutionary war, only about 3% of the population did the fighting. Probably about half the population were a bunch of Tories.I see. The left literally declared civil war in 2016, but the Bugaloo boys garnered all the alphabet attention. Moms who don't want their kids wearing useless masks or getting their genitals mutilated are the terrorists. BLM said they would burn the country and come attack the rural areas if they didn't gt what they want. But right wing extremism is THE existential threat.
Tradesmen go to local tech colleges, live a frugal lifestyle, and do not run up student debt. They are not in luxury student housing eating luxury catered meals and $10 coffee-like drinksYou can't farm with just equipment.
HVAC people go to school.

Funny, I had student debt after trade school.Tradesmen go to local tech colleges, live a frugal lifestyle, and do not run up student debt. They are not in luxury student housing eating luxury catered meals and $10 coffee-like drinks
Is this still available?I beginning to wonder how many of the baristas with degrees in gender studies are going to be looking for a sugar daddy to pay off their student loans

May I sit at your feet and listen to all your experience based wisdom?Meanwhile in the actual world I can't think of many corporations that aren't showing their leftist leanings. Democrats launder that corporate money by making donations in the names of people who didn't actually donate to them.
Only if you promise not to talk at all.May I sit at your feet and listen to all your experience based wisdom?
This is fair.Only if you promise not to talk at all.
