I have been all over the place trying to put together an elk gun. I bought me a gun today at a pretty decent price and is gonna allow me to use better glass. I was gonna go with a NF NXS but its just too heavy for this project. So I went and looked at some Zeiss and Swaro scopes...i know the Swaro costs more but that damn Zeiss glass really impressed me. Can someone convince me to spend an extra 300 on the Swaro?? I have a 10% off coupon for one itwm on ebay I have to use today so i can save 100 on the swaro if i go that route.

Save the money and go for the Zeiss. The conquest is a killer scope as far as the glass. I have two Swarovski and one Conquest. Damned is anyone says the Swarovski is much better. My only bitch is the turrets but aside from that its been a great scope for me. Check out Doug at Cameraland he always has great deals.

I buy my all my scopes from Doug and he agreed so I went with the Zeiss and saved 300 plus got a 100 rebate and free custom turret. Doug is top notch to deal with as you guys well know adn this time was no different.
