Rifle Scopes Swfa 10x Turret ID

Made a trade for a swfa 10x. Elavation turret marked 1-14 with .25 increments between. Mildot ret. Is this scope moa or mil. My guess would be .250 moa bc of the 1/4 increments. I didnt think swfa made .250 mil/mil.

Correct, that is a 1/4 MOA turret
