SWFA customer service is great! I had purchased a set of scope rings and a mount for a gun I was working on and had one of the rings (the bolt that you lock the ring to the mount) break at less than 45 Inch pounds, the directions called for 65. I called up SWFA and told them what had happened and 2 days later I had another ring to mount on the rifle. Thanks SWFA.
